Shaka Productions: Hailing from the Deep South, Shaka Productions is a product of its namesake, Shaka, pronounced as "Shaker". Shaka Productions has been a staple in all genres of music production since established in 2003, but particularly in hip hop. Many of it's acts have come to find prominence within the industry and with the general public regionally, nationally, and worldwide.
Quick Time Studios: Established in 2009, the purpose of Quick Time Studios is to function as the film and video division of Stern-McGovern Media under Universal Artists, International. All of Universal Artists, International's entertainment and charitable videos are generated by Quick Time Studios.
Universal Soldier Records: Established to become a staple in the world of hip hop, Universal Soldier Records has been pumping out some of the finest R & B and rap material industry wide since 2004.
Light Brigade Records: Light Brigade Records was created specifically to serve the purposes of Universal Artists, International's alternative, grunge, Gothic, and electronica productions. Established in 2005, it has made headway in a market some had previously believed to be saturated and impenetrable.
K2 Publications: A recent creation, K2 Publication's purpose is to entertain its readers through comprehensive non-fiction, historical fiction, as well as novels of love and war, tragedy and triumph. K2 Publications will some come to be known as a major force in poetry as well.

Universal Artists Against AIDS: Found at www.endhivaids.com, this charitable site was created by Joe Stern-McGovern to honor his late son, Kenneth, and bring awareness and concern for the cause of defeating HIV/AIDS. This site built expressly to help gather donations for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
I Promise Hope: At www.ipromisehope.com, sister site to www.endhivaids.com, donations are collected and sponsorship encouraged towards the goal of defeating HIV/AIDS through the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, as well as improving the health and happiness of children worldwide.
